The accelerator programme is a three month engagement that works with the leadership team and then engages with the wider business to take a bottom-up approach to change management.

1. Working with the leadership team to create alignment across the business on the AI challenge
2. A 6 week – sprint based – programme with groups across the business to drive adoption of AI tools and an AI first mindset
3. Exploration of future business models to allow the agency to win in an AI driven future.
