Activities

Typically working 1 to 2 days a week exploring and understanding the needs and opportunities within the business. Step one is an audit to understand the maturity of your business in the AI space which leads to a strategic plan to explore new tools, processes, products and services. We then work with your team to implement change and new initiatives.
