Objective

Leadership teams of digital agencies face many challenges particularly in the current climate with man agencies reporting a challenging 2023 and only early green shoots of recovery in 2024.

We work with leadership teams to create focus on AI, short cut the path to successful implementation and reassure along the journey.

We help the team achieve alignment on AI goals, confidence and ultimately the basis to deliver successful business outcomes

Activities

We kick off by running a half day workshop with the entire leadership team that introduces our framework for AI maturity in order to achieve alignment on the goals for the business.

We then work with individuals across the leadership team on a one to one basis through weekly coaching calls. The focus of these calls is create focus on the important goals, share tools and techniques that can support and sometimes to help to implement change within their teams.

1. As a leadership team you have begun to develop a view on AI but are struggling to implement a strategy and are not yet seeing the benefits of AI 
2. Ambition and confidence levels across the leadership team vary and some areas need more support than others
